Bio-sauna is the modern alternative of traditional Finnish sauna and it is designed for all those who suffer from high temperatures. Bio sauna is a sauna with a humid atmosphere, with a high temperature of about 50\/60 \u00b0C and a humidity of 60\/70%. In order to achieve this particular environment, it must be installed in the sauna, a BIO-HEATER, which is a traditional sauna heater with rocks heating elements in where is a steam generator (a water tank with a heating element inside).<\/p>\n

A bio sauna has a triple importance. It creates a balance between temperature and humidity in the space, but also it can be sauna only (with a maximal temperature 110 \u00b0 C) or it can be converted in a room with a high wet, but anyways, it cannot be compared with a Turkish bath.
